1. What exactly am I buying from TV Pro’s?

You’re buying a Formuler box that’s already pre-programmed with one year of service. You’re not just getting empty hardware – the device is configured, tested, and ready to use. After the first year, you can renew the service through us without replacing the box.


2. Do I pay anything monthly?

No monthly billing from us.
You pay:

  • Once for the box + 1 year of service, then

  • Once per renewal (every 12 months) if you decide to continue.

There are no surprise monthly charges from TV Pro’s.


3. What happens after the one-year service expires?

Before your year is up:

  • We’ll usually reach out with a reminder and renewal options, or

  • You can contact us directly when you’re ready.

Once you renew, we extend your service remotely – no new hardware, no mailing anything back. Your box stays the same; you just get another year of access.


4. Do I need cable or satellite?

No.
These systems work over the internet, not traditional cable or satellite lines. As long as you have:

  • A stable internet connection, and

  • A TV with an HDMI port

you’re good to go.


5. How fast does my internet need to be?

For a smooth experience, we generally recommend:

  • At least 25 Mbps for HD content

  • More if multiple people in the house are streaming at the same time

If your internet is slow or unstable, you may see buffering or lower quality.


6. What is IPTV and how does it work with the Formuler box?

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) simply means TV delivered over the internet instead of through cable or satellite.

Here’s how it works in simple terms:

  1. Your Formuler box connects to your internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).

  2. The pre-programmed apps/services on the box request TV/video streams from servers over the internet.

  3. Those streams are decoded by the box and displayed on your TV as channels, guides, and menus.

It feels like regular TV to you – but under the hood, it’s all internet-based streaming.


7. Is everything plug-and-play, or do I need to set anything up?

For most people, it’s basically plug-and-play:

  1. Plug in the box and connect it to your TV with HDMI.

  2. Connect to your home Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

  3. Turn it on and follow a few on-screen steps.

All the advanced settings and configuration are handled by us before you receive the box.


8. Can I move the box to another house or TV?

Yes, as long as:

  • The new location has internet, and

  • You connect it to that internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)

You can move the box between TVs or homes. Just remember that performance still depends on the quality of the internet connection wherever you use it.


9. Can I use the box on multiple TVs at once?

Each Formuler box is designed to be used on one TV at a time.

If you want the same experience on multiple TVs simultaneously (e.g. living room + bedroom), the best setup is one box per TV.


10. What if I change my Wi-Fi network or password?

No problem. If you change your Wi-Fi:

  1. Turn on the box.

  2. Go to the network settings.

  3. Select your new Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

Once reconnected, everything will continue working as before.


11. Do you offer technical support?

Yes. If you have issues with:

  • Setup & installation

  • Connection or basic troubleshooting

  • Renewal and service questions
